There are so many ways you can support us, whether you’re doing a fun run, organising a bake sale or simply helping spread the word of the work we’re doing among your friends and colleagues. It’s you, the members of the footwear community, who we are here to support and it’s our mission to help as many of those in need as we possibly can, so read on for some more ideas of how you can get involved.

Fundraising should be fun! So, use your skills, use your interests and above all use your imagination. From company bingo nights to a chilli cook-off, get your friends and workmates involved and let us know what you come up with.

Organising events
Are you running a 10K or entering a triathlon? Did you know that you can pick FIT as your chosen charity? Just select FIT as your beneficiary when you’re setting up your Just Giving page. Send us photos of your event and we’ll let everyone in the footwear community know about your hard work. Let us know where your event is taking place and you never know, we might even show up to cheer you on!
Leave a gift in your will
Leaving a gift in your will is a wonderful way to give back to the footwear community, and can go a long way to helping many other members of the trade who may have fallen on hard times. There are different types of gift that you can leave including a share of your estate, a cash gift, or a gift in trust. Speak with your solicitor if you're interested in updating your will and they can discuss the various options with you. Alternatively, get in touch and we can point you in the right direction.
